Eyepennies
Here's a recipe I found quite some time ago. I'd love to credit the source, but I honestly don't remember where I found it. Feel free to expose my plagiarism or correct my nutrient estimates. Ingredients - Protein, Cals400ml milk - 12.4g, 243 cal 1/4c milk powder - 6g, 119 cal 2 scoops bulking protein powder - ~26g, ~530 cal 1T peanut butter - 4.6g, 127 cal 1 egg - 6.3g, 69 cal 1/2 banana - 0.5g, 53 cal 1/2 c ice cream - 1.3g, 139 cal TOTAL = 57.1 g, 1180 cal Blend it all together (one of those Breville Control Grip stick blenders would be perfect!) and get large. I used to drink this over the period of about 1-2 hours, and it certainly worked for me, putting 15kg onto my 6'6" frame. A major bonus is that this drink is the most delicious 1000 calories I know of. Enjoy!
