BACK into it

sup guys i used to be pretty well sized now ive shrunk alot due to months of drinking since new years i had trouble with getting back into gym but now i can say iam back working hard and eating hard and it feels great.

i really wana compete some day

heres some pics of what i used to look like before new years and and now

Iam 94kg

Db chest press's i max at lik 42

Db flys i do the 22s now

Db shoulder press 38s

Front raises 20s

Squat only 120

Leg press i can do more at like 240ish

Dead lift not much around 140 mark

Bicep small curve bar not alot i only do like 15 kg each side

Db curls seated 20's

Thats a small look at my weights my programs changing soon anyway i normaly do 10 reps or more with

4 sets

MY MEALS

I pretty much eat the same thing everyday i dont reli care about the taste anymore thursdays are abit different some of us boys after gym we head out to lone star which i mostly get the steak, potatoes and salad. i have 2 cheat meals in the week normaly kfc chicken for some reason i reakon that shit makes you grow lol.

Meal 1

4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs pan fried 2 cups of oats microwaved with water, one drink containing 1 cup of whey protein 1 cup of dextrose one cap of fish oil.

 

Meal 2

2 cups of brown rice, 1 tin tuna 185g

 

Meal 3

2 cups of brown rice , 1 tin tuna 185g

 

Meal 4 

2 big steamed kumaras, drink of 2 cups of whey protein

 

Pre workout

2 tablespoons of coffee 1 tablespoon of dextrose 2 caps of bcaa

 

Meal 5 Post workout

shake containing 2 scoopes of dextrose 2 scoopes of whey protein a cap full of virgin olive oil 2 caps of bcaa fish oil tablet.

 

Meal 6 

2 cups of fried brown rice, 185 g tin tuna

 

Meal 7 

1 tub of lite cottage cheese 1 fish oil tab.

 

let me know if theres anything i can change iam not very fussy about my food it all looks like shit i dont care about taste or smell i just eat it and wash it down with water last year my diet was different i would eat already cooked salmon steaks on the go but due to me losing my job in the mine i simply dont have that crazy food budget anymore.

Not that strong for your size but definitely look swole as!

Who gives a rats asshole, unless your a powerlifter, the bro looks solid as.

Your a lucky muthafuka bro i just look at a carb and get fat you looking lean as keep it up cuzy!

It was just an observation bro since he listed his lifts, wasn't putting him down or anything. I did say he looks 'swole as' lol. Calm your farm

Looking huge, bro. And you've kept almost all of your post-cycle weight, too? Nice one!

 

I've got one question though... How the hell does a journal just 3 pages long get 855 likes/shares on Facebook?! (See the bottom of the page)

EDIT: Now it only shows 1 Like. Hmmm - maybe Facebook was just temporarily confused.
