I'm already very active but carrying bout an extra 5kg so looking to very lean by the end of it as aposed to losing masses of weight. I have a trainer and are going cardio 5 mornings a week with at least 4 days of weights mixed with a low GI diet free of rice, bread, pasta etc. Has anyone out there been down this road before?
