sharing my diet to help lose tummy fat

Good Morning all

i have a bit of fat on my tummy (trying so hard to get abs) and i sorted/found out this way helps alot... i have noticed alot of changes and my tummy is getting more leaner too, its only 5 meals per day and they are not that filling to it helps.......(once you get use to it, i love these meals )

Breakfest

Whole Grain cereal i use Cheerios 4 wheat ( 1 and 1/4c)

calci-trim milk (2 cups)

almonds (4 tbsp)

raisins (2 tbsp)

total is about 591 cals 29 grams protien 62 to 78 g carb 18g fats

Snack

whole grain bread i use McKenzie bread

peanut butter (2 tbsp)

fat free milk drink 2 cups

one apple medium size

total is about 629 cals, about 31g protein 83g carbs and 20g fats about

lunch

sandwhich mckenzie bread (2 slices)

ham or canned tuna (5 oz)

low fat cheese (1 slice)

tomato 2 slices

mayo low fat 1 tbsp

carrot 1

orange juice 1 cup

total is bout 666 cal 41g protein, 71 carb and 25g fat

snack you can do the same as the mid morning (if you dont take whey)

i have my whey protein 1 serving 200ml milk (lean shot tropical)

30.3g protien 2.2g fat 11.6g fat

Dinner

meat (pork, chicken or lean beef, fish) (5oz)

salad (1cup) whatever salad takes your pick i just get the in packets one

dressing (2 tbsp) i use creamy ranch

dark green vegtables (1cup)

starch (bread sweet potato, rice) (1 slice or cup)

fruit (3/4 c)

total about 379- 953 cals to 23-73g protein, 33-109 carb and 12-43g fat

then snack

Snack

whole grain bread i use McKenzie bread

peanut butter (2 tbsp)

fat free milk drink 2 cups

one apple medium size

total is about 629 cals, about 31g protein 83g carbs and 20g fats about

what i'll be eatting for the next 8 weeks, i am on week 4 now.. you really dont see any result till bout 4 weeks time
