Chickenlil
Hey, currently on cycle. Last year I cut down via crossift and a Paleo diet (i was 4.2%BF). Other carbs i eat include rice, potato on occasion, baked beans on occasion and quinoa (when im not feeling to poor). I often change up proteins, chicken breast, lean beef mince, steak, fresh fish and canned tuna. Will post training routine next.

It does sound like a hell or a lot of protein though! My guess 300g+ easy.

Will cut pre breakfast shake and have pills with water.
jimmybro1
You are wanting to gain weight right? Calories are calories, but might be a good idea to swap some of those grams or protein for carbohydrates. 450g is well and truely excessive IMO.300g at your body weight will be sufficient.
