7 minute AMRAP of:

M135lbs / W95lbs

3 Clean and jerk

3 Toes-to-bar

6 Clean and jerk

6 Toes-to-bar

9 Clean and jerk

9 Toes-to-bar

12 Clean and jerk

12 Toes-to-bar

15 Clean and jerk

15 Toes-to-bar

18 Clean and jerk

18 Toes-to-bar...

This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 18, go on to 21. If you complete 21, go on to 24, etc.

Fronning out in first place.

Mikko jumps to 2nd overall.

Khalipa moves up to 6th overall.

I reckon Ben Smith will dominate this WOD.

Fronning to hold on to 1st. Backing Mikko to do really well here.

I don't think this WOD will have any/many judging issues.

Haha @ light :grin: 43kgs isn't too bad, but gets heavy for little old me afte a bit. Managed 62 reps, so started on my set of 15 c&j :) definitely helped me get up on the Leaderboard after my dismal effort on 13.2 :pfft:

I see Jason Khalipas been getting abit of beef about his TTBs form.

I dont do crossfit so dunno how good or bad they are but what about from those in the know?

Workout 13.5

4 minute AMRAP of:

15 Thrusters (100 / 65 lbs)

15 Chest to bar Pull-ups

*4 minute bonus for every 90 reps (3 rounds) completed.

Modified Fran - didn't expect this one - thought it might be a big chipper that only a few people could do.

The new time bonus is interesting - not sure how many rounds people will get, but a few of my friends aren't getting past the 2nd round of 4-minutes #TOUGH

I reckon this WOD is built for guys like Khalipa.

Still backing Mikko Salo to cane this WOD too.

Fronning to rank #1 after 13.5.

All done and dusted for 2013 :)

Grats to all our NZBB members who stepped up and smashed the Open #Kudos

So many Kiwis qualifying for the Regional Games in Wollongong - May 17th - June 9th.

Special mention to Garry Jones from Crossfit Manukau (IceCream and Poos 'n' Wees box) for qualifying straight to the CF Games - Garry placed on the podium in 2012 and looks in dominated form to repeat :)

He's a machine tryna make regionals. Hopefully keen as for a piss up in Sydney! Lol

Looks like hes on his way bro - finished 24th in Aus and 6th in Aus for 13.5

Mean as effort :clap:

Ok I managed to get 70 reps out in the 4 mins, so I was happy with that. Since 13.0 opened I have been using this as a bench mark just to see how well I've improved. So I managed not to do that bad if I say so myself. So now its time to step up the training for CrossFit Games 2014. \:D/
