Light bruising2. No pain3. No swelling4. The bruise never went away lol. I don't think my injury was very sore either... not sure tho can't really remember. I think it healed up alright and hasn't affected my benching.Can you take some pics? I want to see if you're talking about the same spot. Ninja Posted January 7, 2013 Report Share Posted January 7, 2013 Im not a physio but maybe you had your elbows tucked in and your lats were controlling the weight on the way down and tore?
