BCEmpire Posted December 4, 2012 Report Share Posted December 4, 2012 Makes 10½ cup coconut oil (solid)½ cup good quality cocoa powder½ tsp ground cinnamon½ cup coconut milk2 tbs honey1 egg1 cup almond mealGood quality cocoa powder to dust (optional)InstructionsPreheat a fan-forced oven to 160° Celsius/325° Fahrenheit.Place the coconut oil, cocoa powder and cinnamon in a bowl and combine well. Add the coconut milk, honey, egg and almond meal and mix until combined.Line a small brownie tin or cake loaf tin with baking paper. Spoon the brownie mixture into the tin and smooth the surface of the mixture.Place in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove and allow to cool to room temperature before transferring to the refrigerator for 60 minutes.Dust the brownie with cocoa and cut into individual portions to serve.
