Okay so today is going to be very interesting.

Strength

Back squat..... 5,4,4,3,3,2 (90, 100, 100, 110, 110, 120kgs)

Skill Toes to Bar

WOD "Angie"

100 pull-ups

100 push-ups

100 sit-ups

100 squats

Going to be interesting, Ive already asked for the gym to book an ambulance. Wish me luck.

Time 28:55 and I managed to rip a chunk out of my hand while doing the 100 pull ups.

Excuse my ignorance Andre but When you do a WOD and you have to do 100 pull-ups, 100 burpees etc. Do you have to do the 100 reps of one exercise before you can move onto the next or can you do 20, then do 20 of another and move back onto the first exercise etc.

Looks brutal anyway.

Must finish one before the next. :nod: Was very brutal.

Warm-up

2 rounds:

30 double unders or singles

6 kb deadlifts

6 kb swings

6kb goblet squats

6bar cleans

6bar snatches

Workout:

Start with....

50 Kb swing 24/16kg

Then....

15-12-9-6

Ground to overhead ie. snatch from the ground - 50/30kg or push press

30-24-18-12

Burpees

Finish with....

50 kb swing 24/16kg

Only took me 32:20 this morning. I focused on form not timing, as I when I do timing my form turns to crap.

I'd probably try to tackle all the heavy strength Crossfit Wods :)

- King Kong - but I can't MU or HSPU lol

- Heavy Grace

- Heavy Isabel

With no conditioning training I did Open Workout 12.2 after training and hit 66 reps without blowing myself out - it was a fun WOD to do :)

Looking forward to the strength/oly WODs in the Open next year :)

Yesterday we did the benchmark wod Diane:

21-15-9 for time.

Deadlifts (100/70kgs)

Handstand push ups

Took me 19.27 mins. Last one to finish and I almost died.

Andre, do you have a workout journal somewhere? I'm keen to follow your wods/progress.

I'd probably try to tackle all the heavy strength Crossfit Wods :)

- King Kong - but I can't MU or HSPU lol

- Heavy Grace

- Heavy Isabel
