soundsgood Posted November 26, 2012 Report Share Posted November 26, 2012 Excuse my ignorance Andre but When you do a WOD and you have to do 100 pull-ups, 100 burpees etc. Do you have to do the 100 reps of one exercise before you can move onto the next or can you do 20, then do 20 of another and move back onto the first exercise etc.Looks brutal anyway. But then workouts like Murph - which is essentially Angie with two 1.6k runs before and after, we partition it into 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats. Last one to finish and I almost died.Andre, do you have a workout journal somewhere?
