My cycle

After being tired of being a fat guy that looked terrible in a shirt I have embarked on a journey to cut my body fat down.

I weighed 96kg's at the start at 23% and am currently around 17% bf at 94kg's at 5'9 tall.

My diet is:

Breakfast: whey shake with water

Morning: Chop chop chicken rice crackers

Lunch: whey shake with water 6 egg whites

Mid afternoon: chop chop chicken rice crackers

Dinner: 6 egg whites 200 grams white potatoe

Late meal: protein shake with water

And my cycle is:

300mg's oral stan per day taken in 6 servings throughout the day

500mg's suspension per day taken 9 times a day in various sites for localised growth

1mg prop per day

250mg sus Monday 1ml and Thursday 1ml
