Kigorri
Hi All,I have a damaged/sprained ankle and recovery appears to be reasonably lengthy process but it I need to keep working. I am putting together a list of exercises that I can still do while injured that wont require me to put too much (if any) pressure on my ankle. There are plenty out there but I am getting stuck on the HIIT exercises as my previous Tabata workouts involved burpees, pushups, sprints etc etc.I work out at home and have free weights and a standard wielder home gym with adjustable bench press and high / low pulley's. I dont at present own a medicine ball or kettle bells but am close to getting some.Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
