Genetics1992
Hello Again NZBB, Have been dealing with restricted range of motion in my right ankle for a number of years. Only recently has it started to get to me since i started lifting, squats and deadlifts being very awkward, aswell as walking and even standing. Did a Metric F**k-tonne of massage followed by stretching to loosen up the calf for about 2months which helped a lot but i've still got resistance in the ankle. Dealing with Dr Hamish Osbourne, the local sports doc, down here in Dunedin. No confirmed diagnosis yet, but it's likely to be spurs in the anterior part of the ankle joint causing an impingement. Had imaging done recently to see what the story is. Anyone else here dealt with this or something similar?Cheers,Genetics
