Ok so almost two weeks later my fever has finally gone, still have a little bit of a cough .

Injected into bicep last night, went smooth as no pain. Woke up this morning and its sore as f*ck lol.

Joints in legs are still really sore but going to go train chest today, excited to finally get back into it !

back on dbol's today for next 4 weeks, 40mg/day.

Trying to get in a heap of calories today, going to train chest now will update later.

20 sets, felt good, trained in an empty gym so no distractions or annoyances. Now to smash down heaps of food

Weight this morning was lowest its been in a long time so thats kind of a downer but feel like things are starting to fall into place again so here come the gains :)

Notes:

Workout was ok, felt a bit weird / unstable but will be all good by next time.

Were i pinned bicep other day has gone slightly red, not hot to the touch or swollen but will keep an eye on it

Have been eating a lot past 2 days, weights going up which is good but also shitting heaps and now have a sore ass (srs)

Went down to beach after gym for a swim and to perv and saw lots of nice round asses.... i was like 8) but inside i felt very :shifty:

3 x 30 x 8-10

Notes:

good workout, arms felt very pumped

Have bumped sust up to 500mg a week. may as well give it a decent crack.

Weights started to climb pretty rapidly despite eating clean weighed in at gym tonight 5kg heavier than sat morn so thats good.

Delts or legs 2mo, see how legs feel. turning into twigs :x

Notes: left bicep is red and sore as f*ck from injecting on tues ( see pic, sorry couldnt get lighting very good to show it, its at the top will look kind of shiny) so not going to do that any more

So cant straighten arm atm workout was pretty shit but still better than not going.

Took some leg pics tonight which iv added, yea im aware there twigs thats what happens when you cant work then out properly for a long time, just going to use it as motivation. Joints are feeling a lot better so going to go train legs tomorrow.... just going to take it easy but looking forward to it :)

thanks but I certainly don't fell awoke at the moment.

so had today off, going to hit back tomorrow.think the test is starting to take full swing sex drive its gone threw the roof all I can think about started to get arm and shoulder pimples, diet had been very clean lately so bloat is very minimal, starting to notice body is Changimg shape fairly quickly too so happy with Rusty, weight is starting the same or gaining slowly but NJ odyfat is dropping nicely so going to keep diet were it is for the next week our two.

Notes: Feeling a lot stronger tonight at gym decent imporvement on cg bench over last week

Tthink i hit a nerve when pinning quad on tue ? its sore as f*ck. felt a little twang going in but nothing like what usually happens when you hit one.

Weights bouncing around. 3-4kg dif each day depending on fluids.

Going to have a high carb day tomo all this chicken and brocolli is making me nutty

sorry been real slack on the updates

last week tryd some squats, got up to 140x5 for sets, felt good, little unstable as havent done in a while but no joint pain at all. so happy with that

bench sitting at 110x12

going to try some deads this week.

weight sitting same / bodyfat dropped quite a bit.
