Disturbed99 Posted May 29, 2012 Report Share Posted May 29, 2012 My low carb low fat high protein cheesecake alternative for those cravings while cutting!250g Tararua Light Cottage Cheese110g Philadelphia Extra Light Cream Cheese1/2 sachet Weight Watchers Sugar Free Jelly (any flavour is good)Disolve jelly with 1 cup of boiled water, let cool to room temp before adding cottage cheese and cream cheese.Blend with a stick blender until its like a strawberry milkshake, pur into 6 small bowls (approx half a cup each) then put in fridge for 2 hours, will end up a 'mousse' like consistency.Serve chilled, voila!Macros: per serving (makes 6 servings)Calories - 49Carbs - 2gFat - 1gProtein - 8gAlways good to get some slow digesting casein protein in before bed tim to keep those muscles full while sleeping!
