Bulk update

Nov 2011 74kg

These pic were taken cold haven’t worked out in 2 days. Haven’t done chest in 3 months concentrating on lagging parts

Today May 2012

Weight 79.3

Chest 42

Arms 15.5

Legs 23.1

Height 173 cm

Guessing around 17% Bf

have been bulking for 8 months or so … Some opinions needed

• BF %

• Lagging parts? ( not good with posing )…. Focusing on leg development , upper back, traps and delts

• Trying to keep a close watch on bulk (keep it reasonably clean 40% C 20 %F 40 % P , Hitting around 2700 cal , endomorphic body type) but still tend to put on weight around my waist …. Any opinions? I do minimal cardio Planning to add cardio to see how it goes...

Aiming to bulk till Sept or might extend it depending on progress .... not fussed about cutting soon ...

Thanks Ninja .... well have a wrist niggle hence avoided heavy benching for a while ... Also genetically my chests grows faster than my other parts... even bench strength was a lot more than rest e.g. 35 kg DB X10rep press Vs 15(max 20) kg X 10 BB row (smith machine lol).... will start hitting chest again soon... Also i was rotating between 2 leg/ back(upper back-mid back) days and compromised chest...

yeah it looks like i ve lost a bit of gains on my chest :pfft: ... but thinking to conti my bulk for 5 mnths

Any guess on my BF %???
