Haven’t done chest in 3 months concentrating on lagging parts Today May 2012Weight 79.3Chest 42Arms 15.5Legs 23.1Height 173 cmGuessing around 17% Bfhave been bulking for 8 months or so … Some opinions needed• BF %• Lagging parts? ( not good with posing )…. Focusing on leg development , upper back, traps and delts• Trying to keep a close watch on bulk (keep it reasonably clean 40% C 20 %F 40 % P , Hitting around 2700 cal , endomorphic body type) but still tend to put on weight around my waist …. Any opinions? I do minimal cardio Planning to add cardio to see how it goes...Aiming to bulk till Sept or might extend it depending on progress .... not fussed about cutting soon ... Also genetically my chests grows faster than my other parts... even bench strength was a lot more than rest e.g. 35 kg DB X10rep press Vs 15(max 20) kg X 10 BB row (smith machine lol).... will start hitting chest again soon... Also i was rotating between 2 leg/ back(upper back-mid back) days and compromised chest...^ agreeGood results but I think your chest is laggin now lolyeah it looks like i ve lost a bit of gains on my chest :pfft: ... but thinking to conti my bulk for 5 mnthsAny guess on my BF %???
