Grover steps up a gear

Well have bitten the bullet and taken first jab.

Depo test 250

Wee hiccup at the start not knowing how to extract the "Gold" from the ampoule :oops:

But with the help of others on here worked it out, guess I should have just googled it first, but never know may help some one else now its out there.

Had researched I thought every angle first but hadn't come across ampoules like these, all my research had shown rubber topped vials.

A little history, been training seriously for 3 years thru a variety of programmes and with help from 3 different personal trainers.

Hardest thing have had to get my head around (or should I say mouth) is that 80% is diet.

Pretty sure have nailed that, may perhaps still be eating slightly too much.

Tried calorie counting but never kept it up well.

Stats as of today

will be 47 in 3 days so this cycle can be my birthday present haha

6'2

115.4kgs this am

BF estimate 15% but will get caliper test done this week.

Started day with 30 mins walk on treadmill ramp up to max incline and back down again.

Eats so far

Oats and 4 egg whites

About to have morning tea- steak and salad

Bit of paper work to do then off to gym and hope to also fit in massage today as well.

6 foot 2

Did train a bit in my younger years and then have had physical jobs as well which has helped.

Still don't think I am big as such!

Common problem with BB's though , always room for improvement, off to gym now to work legs

Squats

Leg press

Leg curls

may throw in some curls as well! since missed working arms this week

Too shy to post pics, but who knows if cycle goes well may do.

Pinned sat am and went to gym in afternoon.

Worked legs and started with squats and first time ever got cramp in quads!

So moved on from squats to leg press which was less painful then leg curls.

By sat evening legs were getting stiff

Sunday agony, was popping nuerofen and rubbing deep heat on them.

Still a bit wobbly today and sore using them!

haven't had doms this bad for a long while, maybe I over did it believing that the good oil will take care of these!

Seemed to be a lot hungrier than usual yesterday?

Today will be working Shoulders & triceps.

I pin quads all the time and have been sweet as. Perhaps you should consider pinning after leg workouts and not before?

I did it before, a few times, and only once it made no difference on pain, but the time it did I swore I would never do it before again.

Now it always at least 2 days ahead or same day after leg workout.

Shoulders & Triceps work out done

Presses behind neck

Up right rows

Side laterals

Lying tricep presses

tricep push downs

followed by 30 mins on Xtrainer only on level 10 in consideration for legs!

521 cals and has freed up legs immensely, prob should have hopped on rower or treadmill yesterday.

Eats today so far

6am Oats & 3 egg whites 1 whole egg

9am Steak & salad- Animal pak multi,2 x BCAA, 1 x glucosamine & fish oil

12 Steak & salad- 1 x glucosamine

315 Salad and protein shake-1 x glucosamine, 2 BCAA

plus 2 litres of water so far

Still trying to get rid of head cold, went chemist and got some E-mycin

Feel better for a good workout and sweat!

7pm Fish and a few roast veges

11pm protein shake & ZMA tab

Today rest day

eats so far

Oats , 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 2 coffees

3 Bananas

Protein shake

Animal pak multi, 2 x BCAA, 1 x glucosamine

Some Moet & Pinot noir to finish off -only because it was my day!

Bit fuzzy this am, been a few months since knocked any amount of alcohol back!

Today eats have been

Bacon & egg pie

Same supps as usual

now off to gym for

Eats as usual good except last night was macaroni cheese (carb up?)

Today eats

6am oats and eggs

930 chicken & salad

post work out shake

more chicken & salad

Todays work out

Chest & Biceps

Bench press 3 x 8 reps

Incline Bench 2 x 8 reps

Dips 2 x 10 reps

BB curls 3 x 10 reps - first time using BB usually use ezi bar or DBs

DB curls 2 x 10 reps

X trainer 30 mins L12 631 cals

Good sweat up

Pretty much eat eat,

tried working out macro's etc when was cutting and was way over target by meal 3!

Consider it a lean bulk, 117.6 this am, off to gym soon for legs and then will have second pin afterwards this time.

spent bulk of my workout thinking about food in -Thanks Severe!

So after work out had a mutant mass shake and sat down and used on line program to start logging food again

Once i finish my lunch (eating now) figures work out as

Total cals so far today 2830

Conssisting of

33% Fat

38% Carbs

29% protein

274g Carbs

209g Protein

943 cal fat

2.89 fibre

Plus or minus 10% :lol: as had to modify a few foods to fit and remembered have forgotten a couple of coffees as well.

On that basis will guesstimate total daily eats will be between 5 to 6000 cals

Todays workout was Thighs

Squats 3 x 10 reps

Leg presses 2 x 10

Leg curls 2 x 10

These are all working sets, usually throw couple lighter weight ones in for warm up and ramp down if feeling excited!

Then did 10 mins on cross trainer L10 random, 130 cals.

Stopped as was worried was burning up all my good food :pfft:

no cardio today as going to be doing workouts 4 days in row then gym shut for 5 days! so will do cardio then at home.

Just had post work out Mutant mass shake, might go get a burger now as still hungry

have had usual eats so far today

Bloke at gym wants me to partner him with a brothel -yeah right!

Pinned 5th shot on Saturday,

Changed workout to a bit of German Volume training;

* Build mass

* Bit more cardio effect as er in doors commented that getting chubby cheeks!, probably start doing a bit more cardio as well.

Had a comment today from the gym owner - "What ever you are doing? its working!" Looking good man- so felt a bit better chubby cheeks as well haha

Today's workout

Chest & Back

Incline bench supersetted with bent over BB rows 10 x 10

Dumb bell pull over 4 x 12

Wide grip pull ups 4 x 6

work out 50 mins with approx 5 talking!

God to see you are well under way mate - have evolved so much since you first logged on here ... 115 @15% ... NZBB has another mass monster in its line up :P
