snatch: work up to 70x2 80x1 85x1 90x1 (power snatch pb) 95x0x3 80x1 90x1 94x1 100x0x7 100x1(5kg pb)

power clean and jerk: work up to 90x2x2 100x2x2

power clean and multiple jerks: 110x1x1(3 jerks) 100x1x1(4 jerks + passout)

front squat: 100x2x3

FINALLY! 100kg snatch is under my belt. was a real grind. trained alone so only had my own motivation which got tough after having so many misses at 100 but pulled through even though the snatch was shit, slow and didnt finish my pull. sooo much that i can improve on which is good for the future. very very happy as i have had stuck in the 90s for 9 months!!

sitting box jumps: 5x5

elevated ab roll outs: 20x2 12x1

wanted 120 pwr clean but legs just wernt there. pull was real solid but just got squashed in the catch. went ape shit on the squats after, hardly any rest coz i was mad. nearly blacked out like 3x.. two rest days ahead of me. p.s if u want a 4 hr training session take a mutant shred and some monster pump. its gona b fun trying to sleep tnyt

deficit clean pulls (2.5'' i think, bar was pretty much at top of my foot): 90x3x3 100x3x2 110x3x2

algud session. snatches were sharp and felt fast. pwr clean and pwr jerk was average, needs more speed and explosiveness.

squats felt good. was way too soft in the bottom position of the classic lifts though

good session. still trying to find a good bottom position in the catch of snatch, i cant stand up real fast at the moment or i lose position.. front squats felt good, changed my foot placement and seemed to be much stronger (bought them closer).. sorry for the long vid aswel lol i still need to learn how to cut

good sesh, position in bottom of the squat and my thoracic staying upright is improving a lot. real happy with how thing r progressing.
