Hey all, new to the forum but not to lifting.

Been lifting for 5 years now and still loving every second of it. 21yo with 2012 goals being to reach 80kg (3kg increase) and decrease BF to under 10% (gotta lose 2%). Also want to get my deads up to 200kg (20kg to go).

My fourth year studying sport and exercise and i am always keen to learn new info and practices from other like minded people and nzbb will be a sweet place to do that.
