Andrew
Thanks Pittbull, and I’d have to say that although I’m not a big fan of steroids I do think people like yourself who are honest, knowledgeable, humble & have a willingness to shear with others are good for the sport
MasterTel
Excellent comments, Andrew, Ann and Pitbull! I know very little about steroids, but from what I have read, it is recommended that people should only consider taking them when they have reached their absolute physical limit without using them. i.e. they have done all they can naturally and need them to move to the next level. My guess is that too many people take them well before they reach this point, and perhaps rely on them too much without paying sufficient attention to their training, diet and recovery? PT
Awesome advice Ann - I think that applies to anything you put in your body - natural or otherwise. I got some great advice when I first started out...research research research and make an intelligent informed decision. I decided not to go down that path but I still look into all supplements before taking them
