JacksonPrime
hey everyone, my name's Jackson and I'm 17, 173cm & 80kg. My softball season finishes in a few weeks which means I can really hit bulking hard again. I had huge success last winter as I put on 15kg's in just under 3months with no supplementing or even protien powders, just all carbs and good protien foods (A LOT of meat). I have a few weak areas such as upper chest, calves, inner thighs, hamstrings and middle back I'll be going hard to gain mass on. Just want your guys opinion. I also want to maybe compete towards the end of the year but I have no idea on competitions, age grades etc. if somebody could fill me in that would be great thanks! JacksonPrime
thanks, um not much on traps to be honest. On my back workout days I superset lateral raises with wide arm pull ups, then finish with a few sets of lateral raises. I don't go too heavey either, maybe 10kg tops and just do slow and controlled and on my last set small pauses at the top of each raise. JacksonPrime
yea mate, i do the lateral raises for my traps super setted with wide arm pull ups (so lats at same time) cos it gives my traps a little extra burn and helps me hit lower & upper traps. ever since i stopped shrugging they've grown heaps.-haha i wish man, i try keep it humble and not look like one of those tools rocking the singlet at rediculous places haha
