delicious high protein meal!

I was running out of ideas for meals the other day and decided to add some flavor to tuna (its so bland by itself).

I put the majority of a 425g can of tuna into a bowel with 3/4 cup cottage cheese, about 3/4 of a avocado and one large tomato chopped up.

mix it all together and a bit of low fat honey mustard on top goes a long way!

roughly:

fat 8g

carbs 16g

protein 104g

just a variation to the same old ingredients.
