I put the majority of a 425g can of tuna into a bowel with 3/4 cup cottage cheese, about 3/4 of a avocado and one large tomato chopped up.mix it all together and a bit of low fat honey mustard on top goes a long way!roughly: fat 8gcarbs 16gprotein 104gjust a variation to the same old ingredients.
