eatliftrest
In Oct 2010 at age 48 my blood testosterone results gave readings just above the base point of what’s considered normal. After advice from you blokes that free testosterone gives the best analysis I sent off saliva samples to get a base point, and have since tried a few OTC products to see if they make any difference. Tests are by Nutritional Labs in Aussie. Their ‘normal’ scale is DHEAS 5.0 – 30.0 and TST 100.0 – 720.0 but they advise the scale position is more indicative. All tests taken at 8am. Supps taken daily along with Multi-Vit, Omega 3-6-9, glutamine, creatine, glucosamine & chondroitin. Diet strict & clean and training a 5 day split. For what it’s worth, I added few kg’s and bf dropped but that may have happened anyway.cheers elr

Diab0lic
Did you increase your training and improve your diet when you started taking the supps?
eatliftrest
Nah I was really aware of that, so diet and training has been consistant from mid 2010.
