Pseudonym 1337 Report post Posted January 24, 2012 Right, after wasting yet another leg workout on account of a dodgy knee, I've finally decided to stop pissing around and get it looked at.Can anyone recommend a good sports physio in Auckland? West would be preferable, but not essential.
crazyfacials 99 Report post Posted January 24, 2012 there is a really good dude in Manukau his name is Glenn and he's blind but don't let that put you off...he's actually really good, only downer is he sometimes lets you wait forever with just a heatpack on you or leaves you in the weights room to wait for him for along time too, other than that he's really good and fixed my neck and shoulder the 2 times I stuffed them

I have known people who swear by his work.I go to the physio in Onehunga, at the Jellicoe pools complex. CLM now. I found Suzanne the best there. Did my back a treat. But I am sure there are others out there with similar success stories. Hard to know unless you have shopped around I reckon.

BarBrother 15 Report post Posted January 25, 2012 i went there for my shoulder issues in september last year.first of all i would say that just becasue they are specialists doesnt mean they are good. the physio i saw was average and it wasnt till after 3 weeks i begged to see the sports doctor where my shoulder was diagnosed and cured in 2 appointments. Thats just one physio though. Im sure there are good and bad physios. i would go with a recommendation from personal experience liek the other guys have given you
