joey pineapples Posted January 22, 2012 Report Share Posted January 22, 2012 Throw 4 Bananas into the freezer until frozen.place in the blender with as many scoops of whey as you want/need.Smash it for 5 mins until it looks like soft serve ice creamMix with any other supps to make pre/post training snack for summer.
