As you know BSC are one of our major sponsors this year.Mike will now be there on the day with the "slushy machine", protein bars, and the awesome BSC protein shakes ...both lean and mass gainers. NHe will also have K-OS pre workout drink on tap all day! 8) Bring your loose change! There will be the usual meat pack raffles etc too.The lifters packs are looking good now with Jack Links, Drinks from Monster Energy and from Chi. Chi now have a lemon flavour and a sugar free version as well...Just quietly the lemon chi is mint with vodka I'll try and sort one of the mobile coffee companies to be there from 8am - 10am to get a good fix in.Nearby we have Wendys, Maccas, Sushi, Roast, Noodle Canteen, Bakeries, Fish, chips and burgers, Indian and a cool kebab shop. The local dairy is also just down the road.We have a lot of lifters so I forsee lifting being in 3 flights.1. Women and U83 - short flight2. Under 93 - long flight3. Above 93 - 120+ - short flightPrizegiving for all after final flight.Sausage sizzleorama and cake table. Capohui and drinks for any retrobates. steak Posted April 22, 2012 Author Report Share Posted April 22, 2012 More news...Just heard we will also be adding a few more products to the Lifters Packs.This week will be busy so here's a reminder of a few things you will need to bring:Lifters lifting non equipped - shorts, tee shirt (any branding is fine or comp tees) Tees tucked in for lifts. Shorts must be a short length so as to not touch the knee or wraps if using them.Long socks for the deadliftEquipped lifters - single ply suits and shirts only, lifting singletsRaw in this event allows belt AND wraps buyt you can choose to not wear/wear if you want.Wraps can be any brand but not exceed 2m in length.Wrist wraps can be any brand but not exceed 1m in length.Flat soled shoes must be worn or weight lifting shoes - no work boots or jandals pls Weigh in is from 7am to 8:30am - dont miss weigh in! Lifting starts at 9am sharpIt is predicted that there will be 2 flights with a possible 3rd small flight.Parking is free and can be found outside the gym and on the drive/road etc.Bring some loose change as we have some good meat pack raffles etc.Nearby we have plenty of food outlets - Sushi, Roast, Bakery, Dairy, Kebabs, Maccas, Wendys, Chinese, and Fish and Chips. Laver Posted April 24, 2012 Report Share Posted April 24, 2012 I would like to join others firstly in saying a huge thanks to Damo in advance for how this comp is shaping up, all the AUT guys are really looking forward to itJust wanting to get a vague idea of timing etc of flights, looking at the numbers all flights have roughly the same numbers of people (slightly less in Women/light flight, do you think each flight might take about 3.5hours??
