Have been doing heaps of cardio and eating a lot cleaner. My abs a getting better but the obliques are well what can I say lagging well behind, what exercise will help tighten these up? notice its on my sides and lower back. I know spot reduction dosent work but at least help with my progress. My goal is to get to 90kgs or lighter by March I am 93.4kgs now and would like to have my ab's showing :grin:
