Has anyone had something similar happen? Shits put me off cuase i'm the type like it's either all or none at all... Need it done right!!! Whats-His-Face Posted November 7, 2011 Author Report Share Posted November 7, 2011 It actually got injured a few years back and so i've had this up untill now.It might be poped out of place somehow cause it has that feeling but if it were i would think i would be in EXTREME pain i guess. Whats-His-Face Posted November 16, 2011 Author Report Share Posted November 16, 2011 I can't recall how heavy it was but back when I was a small thin guy I could lift very heavy weight hence the energy and power I had. My left trapezius is teared but my right is fine. I'de say it was a pull down of very heavy wait because I remember my gym instructor saying something across the lines like "shit man you've got alota power" this was back when I started off lifting weights at about 16 or 17... now i'm 20 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
