Some so bad I don't know whether to cry or laugh. so here is few that I can recall, and please add your own. churz:1. I used "do" creatine but had to stop cause I couldn't control my rage.2. squatting to parallel is bad for you.3.protein powder makes you fat4. guy 1:Do think jay cutler is on steroids? Guy 2: no hes on muscletech5. If i take jack3d i can nearly double my bench6.Fat makes you fat, dont eat any7. i know a guy twice as big as you8.I choose to stay this small9. the pros spend 12hours a day in the gym10.you can get a six pack your just need to do more sit ups.
