Bent over dumbbell rows (single arm)

3 sets of 10 of 39 kg

ez bar bicep curl (the weight is total weight)

bar+20kg x 10

bar + 30kg x 10

bar + 35kg x 6 x 2 sets

Preacher bicep curl (single arm dumbbell)

4 sets of 10 reps (15 kg)

hammer curls

17kg x 10 reps x 4 sets

biceps feel like they're about to explode

hello scumbags it's been a while

Dave has been on a coctail of 100mcg of clen/40mg of isotane and upped his dosage from 200 to 250mg of test e, he's currently working on getting sponsored by either Apollo or Titan

ANYWAY

he did back and biceps today

deadlift (or death lift as some trainer in his previous gym used to call it)

60kg x 10

100kg x 5

120kg x 10

140kg x 10

165kg x 5 ...he tried to go for 7 here but couldn't do it...had some guy give him a nod and call him a crazy c*nt...guess that's a postive?

then some other dudes came to do something near him and a mini crowd formed, when asked how many reps he was going for he said 7....so they decided to cheer him on (seriously WTF? but it happened)

165kg x 8 (PB) the crowd were happy and so was the Davinator but his back started to feel pumped like a mother f*cker

*note I am not sure if it's 165 or less....the weight itself was 160kg but those weight holding knob things are big chunky metallic things and weight nearly the same as a 2.5kg plate when held on each hand to balance em

Ay cutie pies, so after Dave and I being food poisoned yesterday we decided to hit the gym today for shoulders/traps

Seated Smithmachine overhead press

bar (it's like more than 20kgs because of a lack of counter weight) x 10

bar + 40kg x 10

it felt clunky so we decided to do it with dumbbells and since Dave still has a bung shoulder we went down a bit to 27.5kg dumbbells

27.5 x 4 sets x 12 reps

Hammer strength sicssor me timbers machine (no fucking clue what it's called but you stand and push handles)

Incline dumbbell bench

put my stuff by the bench and as I was going to grab dumbbells some random indian guy pushes my shit aside and sits on the bench...rolls up his sleeves and started doing incline dumbbell curls with his 6kg dumbbells...I came up to him and said "it's ok bro we can share" ...then the fucking c*nt gets a call and starts talking on the phone while sitting on MY bench...I can feel my pine rage rising and wanted to smack him but the deer valvet and tiger penis mix I took earlier countered my rage...long story short I told him again we can share and he finally understood....

32kg x 10 x 2 sets

dumbbell flyes

bodyweight x 12 x 3 or 4 sets I can't remember

150 lbs + 3 of those big extra weight things x 8 reps x 2 sets

150 x 10 reps (super setted after the previous set)

triceps feel like they're about to explode... I think I am up to 91 or 92kg now so the weight gain is still going up, and more people are questioning if I am on gear or not....

back and biceps Tuesday should be good!

looks like your bench has come up alot man GJDM

cheers bro, I am happy that I've leaned up too, started the cycle @ 25ish BF and now I am in the mid teen's of bf, to be honest my diet hasn't been spot on since I still eat fast food every once in a while but like 80-90% of the time it's pretty darn clean...

Sorry pumpkins been a while since I updated, yeah down to 16ish % bodyfat so things are looking good...had a personal best of 130kg x 2 reps on the bench this week (come at me 140kg at end of the year, smolov jr?)

yeah so I've been doing shit in the gym as of late and all too busy so can't email you all the time .

Did shoulders today

some c*nt fixer stole or hid the 14 and 15 kg dumbbells, 17.5 would of been good but with a semi bung shoulder it was a bit of a bad idea

Lateral raises

4 sets of 12 reps @ 12kg

Smith machine seated overhead press

now this machine isn't your typical one, the bar doesn't have a counter weight and is actually weighted down by the bolts and shit so it's more than 20kg

Bar + 10kg per side x 10

Bar + 15kg per side x 10

Bar + 20kg per side x 10

Bar + 22.5kg per side x 10

bent over rear delt flyes (dumbbells)

17.5 x 4 sets of 12

shrugs

100kg x 10

140kg x 10

....for some dumb reason I thought the 2nd set was 160 and the last set was 200kg

Trap bar shrugs

Lateral raises 12.5 x 12 x 4 sets

Overhead press machine (Can't remember ...did 4-5 sets)

Rear delt flyes machine (10-12 reps of 90/100/110/120/130 lbs)

barbell shrugs 10 reps @ 60/100/140/180/180 kg

Trap bar shrugs 15 reps @ 100kg+bar x 4 sets

Today was legs

Squats 10 reps of 60/100/120/140/140 kg

Hack squats 10 reps of 40/60/60 (total not each side)

leg extensions 10-12 reps of 160/175/190/205 lbs

standing leg curls 10-12 reps of 40/48/48/48 lbs

laying leg curls 12 reps of 125 x 4

standing calf raises 4 sets of 12 reps @ 225 lbs superseted by 15 reps of raises with no weights

seated calf raises 4 sets of 15 (last was 20) reps @ 80 kg

got a review I am writing too about le cycle , hopefully it gets me post of the year for a year's worth of supplements so I can maintain this hulking body I gained
