becomingthor.com Posted October 17, 2011 Author Report Share Posted October 17, 2011 Thanks for the support guys,It's been 12 weeks of 4-5 weight sessions a week + 1 light cardio. Rep range is 5-8 and pairing Chest/Triceps, Back/Biceps & Legs/shoulders. Really struggling to keep up all the food intake though.Mixing it up a bit now, so keep your eyes peeled for the new plan.
