How much body fat do i have to loose to get to 9-10% BF, and if im doing it at a steady rate of 500-600g per week, how long to reach my goal?found this:http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/WeightBodyComp.htmlso i'd need to loose about 7-8kg? thanks
teamfatboy
Hmmm - at 86/17.8%, that's 15.3kg bf, lean muscle (86-15.3) is 70.7 kg.Assuming you neither added nor lost lean muscle in the process, 10% bf on top of 70.7kg would be an additional 7kg of bf - so yep you'd be aiming to lose 8.3kg - ending up at 78 kg.At 500g/ week, 16 weeks - just in time for summer

crazyfacials
just less calorie dense, doesn't have to mean you are eating less food, also try to burn more calories
