Today was the filming of Gym Rat 4 which is going to be a classic crack up when it comes out not to sure when it will be coming out.Soundgood did not show up at Les Mills extreame which sucked also there is going to be some good funny shit in it like foot age me walking along the water front whereing a gmip mask.I got a few strange looks from people also a few laughs as well.

When I got back to I was thinking of having rest day or going to the gym to train quads manged to have a good train also I got good depth on my smith machine squats as well.One rule that I have is when I step into the

gym which is time to smack them heavy ass weights baby.I forgot to mention that I have retired my famous yellow and black top since it was getting old and falling a part as well and moved on to light green and black top also I am surprised I dont feel very tired this time when I have come back from the sevens unlike compare to perivous years that have gone by.

So what will u do with the famous shirt bro? You could sign it, get it framed and auction it off on trademe with some proceeded going to charity and with the rest you could buy wwe DVDs. Just an idea. Or maybe you could run a best gymrat impersonator comp on this forum and the winner (as judged by yourself) wins the shirt.

Anyways I hope u do hear back from the jobs you applied for.

Thinking of going over to Melbourne to watch WWE in early September since WWE is not coming to NZ this year but before I do I am going to shop around for any cheap deals for flying over to Melbourne also I would have to get my passport renewed as well.I bined my famous shirt but I have still got my famous yellow hat still.My highlights of my sevens trip were
