DB incline press 1x15 26kg's,3x8-12 42kg's,44kg's,46kg's

Flat DB bench fly's, 3x10-12 34kg's,36kg's,40kg's

Flat DB bench press 3x10-12 44kg's,48kg's,40kg's

Cable cross overs FST-7 7x10-12 80pps or 80 pounds per side

Calf press 3x10-12 7pps,8pps,9pps

Standing calf raise 3x10-12 270,290,300 pounds

Seated calf raise 3x10-12 80kg,90kg,110kg

I had good train today was planing on use the 50's for the last set for flat DB bench press instead I did a drop set with the 40's and smashed out 12 reps.Before I went to the gym I emailed NABBA-WFF and asked about what compulsory are in men's athletic class.In the email that I got back from the NABBA-WFF sectary which are front double biceps,front and rear lat spread,abdominal and thigh pose including most muscular as well.Which will be a good thing for me to know if I do the Pan Pacific show that's if I have enough funding to do both shows.I will cross that path when I do.

Yesterday was back

Chin ups 3x12

Bent over BB row 3x12 130kg,135kg,140kg

One arm DB row 3x12 54kg,58kg,60kg

Single arm iso lateral row 3x12 70kg,80kg,85kg

Back extensions 3x12

Straight arm pulldowns FST-7 7x12 150 pounds for the seven working sets

Had a good train yesterday which took just under a hour to do.I am keeping things low key at work about me competing in the new year and I am going to mention it at work and other people that I know until my fund raiseing page is online.I was thinking the other day my page is on www.givealittle.co.nz is online I am going to try and get work see if they can help fund me also the same for my gym as well.

Lying hamstring curls 3x10-12 66kg,73kg,80kg

Reverse hamsting extenions 3x12

Standing leg curls FST-7 7x10-12 100 pounds for the seven working sets

Had a good train yesterday .After was I was done training I went all over Dunedin to look for a new battery for my laptop plus I had to make payments for three DVD's that I got off trade me on Wednesday and get my tuna from New world before going to work.

Had a good train today with good instenty as well which took just under a hour to train.
