Tara Posted September 17, 2011 Report Share Posted September 17, 2011 Hi all I'm Tara, from Auckland. Am sinking myself back into training, and making progress but not as well as it should be. Am very self-motivated but I think I'm suffering from information overload and trying to make it all too complicated. Am working with a nutritionist, but don't think we've got it right. Perhaps I'm too ambitious as I want to be where I was 'bout 5/6 years ago, and I know there's no reason I can't be there again. I have all my progress charts and it is very motivating to see the changes I made. Anyway, looking forward to some motivation and helpful hints here, from others that understand like others can't.
