six months progress between these pics and the other one i posted (first post of thread)

96kg now, so ~6kg gain.

been at various gyms for 6 months now. before that i trained at home. been deadlifting 6 months now, squatting for 4 months.

heres some of my lifting stats.

deadlift: 240kg 1 rep, 200kg 7 reps

squat: 150kg 5 reps

bench: 100kg 12 reps, 110kg 8 reps, 120kg 5 reps

dumbell bench: 50kg 7 reps

haha yeah i probably should explain that. was taking progress pics, then decided to make troll thread on the misc, hence the syringe/needle. i am actually 'natty' as in havent used steroids or insulin. i specially placed the syringe there (100% srs) heres the other pic i took without it from same day:

reason i had syringe was to measure clen. and yes it got noticed on the misc pretty quickly lol.

do people actually pin with a 10/15 ml syringe?
