nicole kircher Posted October 5, 2010 Report Share Posted October 5, 2010 when im craving something sweet, or need a pick me up post workout i add a sugar free v and choc protein powder in a food processor for a couple of minutes, goes really thick and creamy, sounds really weird but works for me, might not be as good for me as water but lets my head think it has a "treat" after my workout! cantygirl Posted October 9, 2010 Report Share Posted October 9, 2010 Im with the water shakes too, id imagine the milk option is the yummiest but im not going to venture there otherwise my watery ones will seem less tempting and to be honest I only have them because I need them, id much rather have a couple rounds of toast. Gym rat Posted October 9, 2010 Report Share Posted October 9, 2010 I am also with water shakes as well and from time to I have milk in my shakes and when I have shake a hour before I go to bed I put in 250ml of yoghurt in my shake plus it taste very nice as well.
