Kapiti novice comp. Whilst i'm not a novice and shouldn't really do these comps I really wanted to see where my maxes where at to build on towards CD's this April.

 

Vid is all 3rd attempts 240/160/280 PB dead and total +5kg

Conditioning Week 1 day 1

Squats

1 x 10 @60

1 x 8 @80

3 x 8 @100

Bench

1 x 10 @60

1 x 8 @80

3 x 8 @100

Deads

1 x 10 @40

1 x 8 @100

2 x 8 @120

CG Chin ups s/s Green Band Crunches

2 x 10 @bw 2x10 green band 1 x 20 purple band

Week one conditioning has commenced all about speed and tight

The benching wasn't necessary here. Should have just kept to the legs. Why do half and half pie job. That's just like drinking half orange juice and half milk. Why not just drink a full glass of orange juice and do it right the first time?

Some training over the past couple weeks.

 

In order of video.

Squats  220x3 and 240x3

Bench 162.5x3

Dead 242.5x3

 

Next comp is CD's in August.
