Kapiti novice comp. Whilst i'm not a novice and shouldn't really do these comps I really wanted to see where my maxes where at to build on towards CD's this April.

 

Vid is all 3rd attempts 240/160/280 PB dead and total +5kg

Week one conditioning has commenced all about speed and tight

The benching wasn't necessary here. Should have just kept to the legs. Why do half and half pie job. That's just like drinking half orange juice and half milk. Why not just drink a full glass of orange juice and do it right the first time?

I'm back after 12 months off competing. 10 weeks into Shekio, here's a skills tester at 95% 4 weeks out from Central Districts.

Latest test a few weeks after the above. Gave 2nd attempts a bash, not my best effort so i'll readjust goals for comp next Sunday after a good deload should be a lot cleaner.

 

Shown is 230/240, 165/172, 260/275 @106.5
