two_phat Posted August 17, 2011 Report Share Posted August 17, 2011 Been having these over the last few months...The recipe:2 cans of tuna1 eggsmall handful of oatsBlack pepperMixed herbsChilli powder(any other seasonings you want).Its dead simple - squeeze the tuna dry of the water. Throw everything in a bowl, mix together, throw on the frying pan. Tastes great + loads of protein (around 50 grams)...what more could you want from a meal!I like to put some cheese & chilli sauce on top along with a couple of greens too.
