The countdown begins, one thing me and Jimjim werent clear on was how many reps?

A good few reps. Dont go crazy and detroy your kness or something.

Quality over quantity. No respect for Ratty reps!!

I think my best for 12 PPS was 10-12 pretty good reps and with 15PPS 6ish good reps.

Belt and knee wraps??

Yeah I will see the physio before hand and get my ankle strapped just incase.

A good depth on 3-4reps I think Ill aim for.

Give them a go dude its better to prevent an injury than have to heal it. the belt will hold your core nice and tight and the wraps will save your knees.

Im hoping he will unrack it and on the downwards motion it will just keep going snapping off both legs, blood and screaming.

I managed 3 reps on video, I had a personal trainer and 2 gym buddys just overseeing it. Unfortunately I didnt wear the knee wraps or belt, Il let you guys decide the depth constituting how many reps. Its on my phone so will get some credit tommorow and upload it tommorow.

How low do you go when you leg press?

I know I'm not Jim but proper ROM for leg press is hips slightly raises off the seat. If they don't raise a bit then you aren't really moving your legs, if they're really raised, then you can do extremely bad spinal damage.

Saved it to my computer went to play it through 'real player' and it says 'cannot start playback'. wtf anyone?

i think you have to save it on youtube, then download it from there.

thats how i did it.

might be other ways?
