Snatchy McClean Posted June 29, 2011 Report Share Posted June 29, 2011 I find doing a few sets of super light (50% of working weight) reps of whatever exercises I did the previous day to be good in avoiding DOMS and stiffness. Then a variety of bodyweight exercises and rotator cuff work etc.Seem pretty simple really; move around, increase blood flow, target problem areas.
