aidangro Posted April 5, 2011 Report Share Posted April 5, 2011 should be alright right if your just doing fast walking, maybe take some BCAA before hand, Thats what i have been doing for a couple of months now, i have defiantly not lost any muscle, and ive been keeping my heart rate up around 140 -150 for 40 mins. I'd be keen to drop some BF as i'm getting some muffin sides comin on from my bulking diet, but weights session doesn't really have any room time and energy wise to add more than 10min cardio.
