Usually have 2 a day - try not to have them in the afternoon because it makes it hard for me to get to sleep at night if I have them too late.Jeeezus!! HazelM 1 Report post Posted March 31, 2011 I surely am! Waihi Beach Gym though. But gonna start going to the Waihi Gym on the weekends. Cos I dont want to bother my trainer on his weekends.
