mike27
if you have a well structured nutrition plan you will get ur vits and mins through thattaking multis and mins is just a 'back stop'fish oil if your not eating fish that ofteninvest your cash is some fruit, vege, lean meat etc etc. a lot more useable than synthintic man-made vits and mins that you just piss outim currently taking opti-men multi, just 1 with breakie. but once i finsih the pack i wont be using multis again.i take fish oil caps, 3 per day 1000mg per cap.sometimes i use flax oil with my meals too
Andre01
Thats an awesome prospect to think about ae, I know its achievable and im gonna work hard to get it. Yip got the creatine, started my loading phase. If there are any students out there, how do you go about affording all your supplements? i worked out today that between protein, creatine, multi vitamins, and curse ( I probably didnt need it but i wanted to see what a preworkout was like) ends up being almost $7 a day, at the moment i cant really afford this in the long run unless i get another source of income.Do you guys buy in super bulk to cut down the cost?Have a shop around, I get most of mine from http://www.bodybuilding.co.nz I only get natural WPC and it is cheap. I also get my creatine monohydrate from someone off trade me I managed to get 1kg, it cost me less than $60. I also get a multi vit from the above site. I got the general one and not one for men. So over all its that that expensive. Dont waste what little money you earn on too many supps, listern to these guys... and get you meal plan in order. We have noticed that it does not cost us anything extra for me to eat right. Have fun...
