Lifting in the House

Recommended Posts

solid calf posing by the one and only wookie   :pfft: :pfft:

Like Louie said Often Imitated But Never Duplicated

PHouse tops my list too, with ESB a close second as it costs more to fly there than Wellington!

CBC look to be backing up as well!

Gotta luv strength training facilities, the gear, the atmosphere, no amount of shiny shit beats that.

The P House is a mile in front and the benchmark. But it's nice to have something to aspire to.

The other thing to consider is the whanau environment that OB has created. You can't buy that. Very apparent in the past few days. It's pretty clear that OB is more than just a gym owner and powerlifter.

Imagine if OB and Tonka decide to take prominent roles in the NZPF. Then we might see some real progress in the sport.

I am Pretty Humbled by those comments Dr Squat.

na, i reckon Tonka can sort the NZPF, OB can take over from John Key.

LOL 1st act Tax the Shiny Lands to subsidize the Hard Cores

What's a casual session here? I must train here after the New Year!

1st one on The House Bro

Half squats may blend in at Les Mills but I don't think they'll go down well at the House

That would be true but maybe an opportunity for Dr Squat to assist gymrat in correct form!

Ummm wrong city Grover!

Doc from ESB in CHCH, although I'm sure OB would be willing to assist Gymrat with the high rep squat programme they give beginners?

I want to thank all Team Powerhouse lifters for your endeavours this year, the effort you all put into training is shown by the results above. We are starting to get a good consistent group of lifters coming through another 2 years and we will have developed a very strong team.

Our reputation is built by what happens on the Platform this year has been one of our best, and hopefully a lot more will be attending future International events giving our new lifters that extra incentive.
