What in your recommendations would that be??? And where to get it??? I live in a small town so only have 2 pharmacies here, but I don't live far from Tauranga so maybe that would have better options??Thanks. weener lad Posted February 13, 2011 Report Share Posted February 13, 2011 Firstly please don't waste your money buying it from the supermarket or Pharmacy.There are plenty of good companies online in NZ that are reliable, cheap and fast.As much as Hennie may kill me I still think the best tasting product is ON 100% whey Cookies and Cream. Followed closely by Nutratech Whey Ice Chocolate and Nutratech Whey Chocolate.The last two are good quality NZ made products and the Nutratech Whey Choc is the cheapest in NZ. I am having it now with half milk half water and ice cubes blended. it says its a high protein low carb powder. 21.6 g of protein per serve, 2.6 g of carb. is that ok?I am doing taebo with resistance bands,for 30 mins and dumbells at night for 20 mins. Alot of cardio with Taebo. This is just a start untill I can start at the gym. I am really enjoying not having so many carbs, I actually feel more clear headed and not as tired as usual. Can't complain about the prices either For a shake I'm a fan of superquad double choc fudge, good balance of great taste and decent price too. However Nutra-tech vanilla or choc is magical with oats, flavour's not too overpowering which I like. The harden up multistack is yum, gaspari myofusion super yum and creamy, dymatize umm something i have now also pretty yum.
